Finale Echos
I have been looking at the skills "Energizing Finale" and "Purifying Finale", and have been thinking: if a skill such as: "It's Just a Flesh Wound" or "The Power is Yours" would count as "ending" when cast on an ally, how powerful these skills would be. Does anyone know if these skills would classify as "ending" when used on an ally with an echo applied to them?

They don't count as ending. Any instant effect shouts don't count as ending, as they are never applied as status effect(you don't get icon in the corner). So shouts like IYAFW, "Never give up" don't count. "The Power Is Yours" does count as ending on caster only(you get it as 10 sec energy degen shout).
I like to trigger Finale echos with "Go for the eyes!" and "Make Haste!". For instance "They are on fire" + Blazing Finale on the warrior that is surrounded by enemies, then spam "Make Haste!" on him, and because he keeps attacking he will instantly trigger Burning Finale. All this has been tested during preview. |
